Tofu with Kale and Chickpeas

1 15 ounce can chickpeas (garbanzo beans)1/2 pound kale1 block extra firm tofu1/4 cup olive oilBreadcrumbs, for tossing and topping
Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Add chickpeas and cook until they begin to brown. Add tofu and cook together until chickpeas are crispy. Remove mixture. Add olive oil to pan and allow to heat. Once hot, add kale and white wine vinegar. Cook until kale is soft. Add chickpeas and tofu. Toss with breadcrumbs and heat under broiler until just browned.
