Veggie chowder with bacon

Ingredients
Potato, raw, 8 medium, choppedfrozen Mixed Vegetables, 1 pkg Big Buy Bacon 8 servings - cooked and drainedKroger vegetable broth, 2 canslow sodium 100% fat free chicken broth, 1 can1 medium onion, chopped or 1/4 C mined onionFat Free Canned Milk, 2 cansWater 2 cups (or so)Mrs. DashBasilKroger 2% sharp cheese, 0.5 cup
Directions
put potatoes and broth in large dutch oven. Finish filling to just cover with about 1/2 inch over with water. Cook till potatoes are tender. Add frozen veggies and onion, stir in. Bring back to a boil. Cook till tender - about 10 minutes, then add milk. Stir and then add spices and bacon. Stir and simmer for about 10 minutes, serve with cheese sprinkled on top. Yum!
