Tortilla Lasanga With Lessarella Cheese

Ingredients
All ingredients up to the water is for the enchiladas themselves exculding the broccoli and green beans. The rest is for Lessarella cheese.
Directions
Saute onions, zucchini, corn add vegeburger and taco seasoning. (I also normally add broccoli and green beans) leave that in the pan. Then in a cup mix a hot enchilada sauce with a warm enchilada sauce (that mix seems to work the best for me) then fry up the corn tortillas. in a dish pour a little enchilada sauce then 6 tortillas then add the vegeburger mix. next add the Lessarella Cheese: heres how 2 cups water, 3 Tbsp lemon juice, 1/3 cup quick oats, 1/2 cup nutritional yeast, 1/4 cup cornstarch, 1 Tbsp onion powder, 1/4 cup tahini and 1 1/2 tsp salt and blend that all together. Just pour this on top of the vegeburger and then pour some more enchilada sauce. next another layer of corn torillas and the rest of the enchilada sauce and the rest of the cheese sauce. Bake at 350 F for 45 min to 1 hr.
