Zesty Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
8 ox uncooked elbow macaroni3/4 cup light mayonnaise2 T cider vinegar1 tsp sugar1 tsp salt1 tsp Mexican seasoning (ie: Adobo or taco seasoning mix)1/4 tsp pepper1/4 cup sliced green onions2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced1/4 cup sliced black olives
Directions
Cook macaroni in rapidly boiling water until tender, about 8 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water.

Mix together remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add cooled macaroni. Chill before serving.
