Ingredients
Chicken breastsBlack BeansCornSalsa (as hot or mild as you like)Jalapeno peppersSeasonings to taste (cumin, chili pepper, black pepper, etc.)
Directions
Spray baking dish with pam. Combine chicken (cut into bite-sized pieces), black beans, corn, salsa, peppers and spices in baking dish and stir. Bake 40-45 min. @ 350.
