Lasagna Stuffed Portabella

Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 1oz (1/4 cup)*Francesco Rinaldi Marinara, 0.5 cupPortabella Mushrooms, 50 grams (1 large mushroom cap)Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1 oz*Ricotta cheese, fat-free, 1 oz Kraft Parmesan Cheese - 2 tspBasil, 2 tbsp
Directions
Prep:

Brown hamburger and then add tomato sauce, Ricotta Cheese, Basil, and Parmesan Cheese into it.

Make sure to remove the inside of the porabella mushroom, which can be done easily with a spoon.

Cook:

Put lasagna mixture into portabella mushroom, place on a pan and put into the oven at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

After 15 minutes put mozarella cheese on top and heat until melted and golden brown.
