Chicken Scaloppine in Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients
Butter, saltedExtra Light Olive OilChicken Breast, no skinBalsamic VinegarChicken BrothWhole Wheat Flour
Directions
Melt butter in frying pan and add olive oil. When heated, place chicken covered in flour in pan. When chicken becomes slightly browned add balsamic vinegar. Add chicken broth slowly. Let gravy thicken and chicken fully cook (about 10-15 minutes).
Suggest adding mushrooms and onion to add extra flavor and vegetables to meal. Also a great addition is placing meal on top of a bed of spinach.
