Ingredients
450 grams Chicken Breast (Chopped)1/2 Onion chopped1 chillie chopped1 garlic clove chopped1 jar Weight Watchers Tikka Masala
Directions
brown onions, garlic and chillies in a frying pan (No Oil)
add chicken breast and brown off
add sauce and simmer for 15 minutes

Serve with 60 gram (uncooked weight) rice and weight watchers naan bread
