Elsa's Meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef, 96% lean2 slices bread (italien, wonderkids white, etc.)1/4 cup egg beaters1 tsp. garlic salt1 tsp. basil1 tsp. oregano1 tsp. parsely1 tsp. minced garlic1/4 tsp. salt1/8 tsp. pepper3 tbsp. parmesan cheese
Directions
Soak bread in water, cut off crusts, squeeze out excess water. Mix all ingredients in bowl---work meat mixture thoroughly. Scoop by rounded tablespoon and shape into balls. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350 about 15 minutes, or until cooked through. Add to sauce.
