Natasha's Kielbasa Corn & Potato Soup

Ingredients
16 oz Kielbasa2 cups low sodium chicken stock2 cups water1 can camplbells cream of mushroom1 cup non fat milk1 lb red potatoes cubed1 cup diced celery1 cup frozen corn1 med yellow onion choped
Directions
place onion, celery and kielbasa in pan and brown place either in soup pot or slow cooker with the rest of ingredients and cook 90 min on stove or depending on setting for crock pot you decide just make sure potatoes are cooked

    I used no sodium canned corn, reduced sodium chicken granules and reduced sodium cream of mushroom. Eliminated the milk as it didn't seem needed. I like the idea of using cream of mushroom to save time, flavor & thicken the stock. - 1/9/11

    I added roasted Anaheim green chilies, cayenne pepper and a couple of dashes of Lowry's Garlic salt with Parsley. It's a good fall back recipe for a busy weeknight - 5/25/11
