8 cups water2 cups lentils1 cup chopped carrots1 cup chopped onions1 cubed yam1 cubed sweet potato1 lb. ground lamb, cooked5 cloves garlic1 tsp basil, oregano, parsley, sage ANY herb in your cupboard that you like!
