Pecan Crusted Chicken

Ingredients
4 Chicken Breasts1/2 Cup Pecans1/4 Cup Panko (or Breadcrumbs)Egg Whites (enough for 4 breasts, regular eggs can be used as well)2 tsp Fresh Orange Zest1/2 tsp Salt1/2 tsp Ground Pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 Degrees

In food processor, combine: pecans, panko, orange zest, salt, chipotle peppper untill combined.

Pour egg whites into a bowl.
Pour breading into a seperate bowl.

Dip breasts into egg white then dredge in the pecan breading.

Please breasts on a baking sheet and put into the oven for 35 minutes.

Enjoy with a nice side salad!

*Note the calories are from 4 pretty big chicken breasts. I usually only eat 3/4 of it and give the rest to a hungry man!
