Crock pot scalloped potatoes

Ingredients
2 large potatoes pealed and sliced thin1/4 onion or 1 tsp onion powder1/2 ccup diced hamenough milk to cover potatoes 1 1/2- 2 cups3 TLBS flour (I used rice flour)
Directions
Mix flour in with milk and shake well. Place all ingredients in a small crock pot in the morning and cook on low. Should be ready for dinner.
