Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

1/4 cup sour cream (Non Fat)1 tsp baking soda1/2 cup butter - softened3/4 cup sugar1 large egg1.5 cup flourpinch of salt1 cup chocolate chips1 cup mashed bananas
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Stir sour cream and baking soda together, set aside
Cream butter with sugar, add egg, beat well
Beat in sour cream mixture
Add remaining ingredience - don't over mix
Spoon into greased muffin tins
Bake for 18 minutes
