Ingredients
Ingredients:*Bisquick - Original, 1 cup (remove)Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 0.25 cup (remove)Silk, Enhanced Soymilk, 1 cup, .75 serving (remove)**Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1.5 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together then use a spoon or 1/4 cup to put mixture onto a skillet coated with non-stick spray. Turn the cake once when you start to see the top side bubble. These are tasty with peanut butter for protein and sugar-free syrup.
