Tomato Lima Bean Parmigiana Soup

Ingredients
4 strips bacon, cut in 1/2-inch slices1 onion chopped finely1 1/2 cups lima beans, cooked2 cloves garlic, minced1 cup water2 medium tomatoes, chopped1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
In skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove from pan and pat with paper towel to remove excess fat.

In potl, combine all ingredients except cheese.

Bring to boil, simmer 15 minutes.
