Ingredients
1 lb. pork shoulber (pork butt), chopped1/2 cup soysauce3 tbsp lemon juice1 cup water3 tsp garlic, minced1 medium onion, chopped2 - 3 tbsp sugar1 bay leafsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Makes 4 servings

1. This is a one-pot dish. Put everything in a saucepan and let boil and simmer for 35 - 40 minutes or until tender. Serve with white rice. Rice not included in the nutritional info.
