Vanilla Protein Powder, 1 scoopFiber Powder, 3 tbspLipton Green Tea, 1-2 bags (to taste)Sugar Free French Vanilla Powder, 2 tbsp (to taste)
Makes 1 18 oz glass.
1. Brew water for tea
2. Combine powders and creamer to a heat resistant glass or cup.
3. Pour hot water into glass or cup and stir until mixed.
4. Add tea bags, let seep for desired taste.
5. Enjoy
