Apple Cinnamon Pancakes

Ingredients

3/4 c. Old-fashioned instant oats1/2 c. Mott's natural No Sugar Added Applesauce1/2 c. Fat Free Cottage Cheese1/2 c. Altern (like Splenda)2 Eggs1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
YEILDS: 6, 6" pancakes
Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high until liquified. Heat skillet on a medium-high setting. When pan has heated, spray pan with no calorie-non stick spray. Pour batter into pan and cook until bubbles appear. Flip pancake to other side to cook. When slightly brown on both sides, remove pancake from pan.
*Note: These do take a bit longer than regular pancakes to cook. However, they are well worth the wait!
Delicious alone, topped with fresh, cooked splenda & cinnamon apples, and /or drizzled with lite maple syrup. If toppings are added, be sure you include the additional toppings in your nutritional count.
