French Apple Pie with Crumb Topping

Ingredients
4 medium apples3/4 and 1/2 cup Splenda Blend for Baking (separated)1/2 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend1 deep dish frozen pie crust1 stick Smart Balance 50/50 blend1 tablespoon cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 450.

Peel and slice apples. Place apples in a large bowl and add 3/4 cups sugar and cinnamon. (You can add less sugar if your apples are sweet) Toss to coat apples. Pour apple mixture into a deep dish pie crust.

In a seperate bowl, add flour, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup brown sugar and stir. Using a pastry blender, add butter and mash until crumbly. Sprinkle crumb topping over apple mixture.

Bake at 450 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 and back for 40 minutes.
