Ingredients
Ingredients:Beans, black, 2 cup (remove)Beans, red kidney, 2 cup (remove)Hominy, 2 cup (remove)*Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, with green chilies, 2 cup (remove)Chicken Broth, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Garlic, 2 cloves (remove)Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
I use all canned products in this recipe. Drain & rinse the black beans & kidney beans. Chop the onions & garlic . Put the remaining ingredients in a pot & simmer away for about 45 minutes. 1 cup per serving.
