Wanda's Sugar Free Low Fat Version of Piladelphia Vanilla Mousse Cheeseake

Ingredients
1 box Murray Sugar Free Vanilla Wafers crushed2 TBSP. Lite Butter4 (8) oz. Great Value Fat Free Creme Cheese softened , divivided1 Cup Splenda divided1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp vanilla1 egg and egg substitue to equal 2 eggs1 tub (8oz) Sugar Free Cool WHipped topping, thawed
Directions
HEAT oven to 325 degrees. Mix wafer crumbs and butter: press onto bottom of 9-inch springform Pan.
BEAT 3 pkg. creme cheese; 3/4cup Splenda; 1 tbsp. vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust.
BAKE 50 to 55 min. or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to lossen cake; cool completely in pan.
BEAT remaining cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer in large bowl until well blended. WHISK in COOL WHIP; spread over cheesecake. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Remove rim of pan before serving cheesecake. Garnish with fresh berries if desired ( For a extra treat... you could take 2 tablespoons sugar free strawberry of raspberry preserves put in the microwave and melt and then drizzle
over cheesecake.
