Vegan Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
8 oz Almond Breeze Original3 oz Mori-Nu firm silken tofu1/2 frozen banana1/4 cup each: frozen blueberries and raspberries1/2 cup frozen strawberries1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Directions
Put all ingredients in the blender and zip it up. This comes out very thick and more like a parfeit than a smoothie.
Great smoothie for those who need to have some protein with their carbs.
*note: If you wanted to up the protein, use soymilk. This will most likely up the calories as well, as the Almond Breeze is only 60 calories per cup.
