Quick and Easy Pizza Crust (No Yeast)

Ingredients
2 cups flour1 tsp Italian seasoning1 tsp baking powder1/2 cup watercooking spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 400

Mix 1 1/2 cups of the flour together with the rest of the ingredients (will be sticky). Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup flour (use more if needed) onto flat dry surface and knead dough on top of flour.

Once the dough is no longer sticky and is stretchy, divide the dough into 2 equal portions and roll or stretch each portion to desired size and thickness.

Spray pan or cookie sheet with cooking spray and bake in the oven for 4-5 mins to set the crust. Remove from oven, add desired sauce/toppings and place back into the oven until crust is baked through and cheese is melted.

Makes 2 personal size pizzas.
