Chez's Homemade Spicy Salmon and Potato Patties

600g potatoes415 canned pink salmon2 med onions1 large egg50g shallots100g breadcrumbs20g curry powder
cook potatoes and then mash
dice onions and shallots
shred salmon
combine the ingredients with curry powder and put in fridge for at least one hour to help set
make 10 equal size patties, dip in beaten egg and coat with breadcrumbs,
panfry until golden brown in frypan with light coating of oilspray or oven bake until golden brown
