Ingredients

Pink Salmon (fish), 10 oz (with skin)
Brown Rice, medium grain, 2 cup
Peas, frozen, 2 cup
Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain, 2 oz
Salt, 2-3 dashes
Pepper, black, 2-3 dashes
Tandoori 2-3 dashes (for the rice pilaf)
Tandoori 2 tbsp for the salmon rub
Raisins (1.5 oz)
Cashew Nuts, dry roasted, 2 oz (optional)
Directions
preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place salmon (ut in half) skin side down in a baking dish. Spread the tandoori rub over the salmon, bake for about 20 mins, or until the salmon is perfectly cooked. Be careful not to overcook the salmon.
Rice pilaf mixture
1 bag of bird's eye steamed brown rice
1 bag of bird's eye steamed green peas
Steam the veggies in the microwave. In a mixing bowl combine peas and rice, the salt, pepper, tandoori, raisins and yogurt. (Cashews are optional).
This is a sweet, salty, crunchy, creamy, and tangy side dish that will be sure to please.
