Grilled Chicken Breasts with Strawberry Salsa

Ingredients
Salsa: 1 t. olive oil1 t. red onion, chopped1 T. minced fresh chives1/2 T. red wine1 T. balsamic vinegarsalt and pepper to taste1 c. fresh halved strawberriesfor Chicken" 1 lb boneless, skinless breastsjuice of 1 lemon2 garlic cloves, minced1 1/2 T fresh herb - I like basil, tarragon is also recommendedsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
For Salsa: in small skillet, warm 1 tsp. olive oil and saute red onion until wilted. Add chives, red wine, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste and simmer 2 minutes. Add strawberries and cook for another 3 minutes (Strawberries should hold their shape).

For Chicken: Combine lemon juice, crushed garlic, 1 T. olive oil and some minced up herbs - I like basil - with a little salt and pepper. Pound chicken breasts a bit, then marinate. Grill til done, about 4 to 5 minutes and serve with salsa.
