Peanut Butter Carob Balls

Ingredients
1/2 cup carob1/2 cup honey1/2 cup peanut butter1/2 cup sunflower seeds1/2 cup flax meal1/4 cup shredded coconut.
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and roll in shredded (unsweetened) coconut. Makes 30 balls.
