Asparagus Roll-ups (per 2 pieces)

24 slices whole wheat sandwich bread1/2 cup Becel Olive Oil margarine1 250 gram package Philadelphia Cream Cheese Light Garden Vegetable, softened1/2 cup goat's cheese (or some other soft sharp cheese)24 fresh asparagus, or frozen asparagus PAM cooking spray
1. Parboil or steam the asparagus until partially cooked (about 3 minutes for fresh). Drain and pour cold water over them to stop the cooking process.
2. Trim crust from bread slices. Flatten each slice with a rolling pin.
3. Mix butter with cheeses. Spread cheese mixture on each bread slice, and top with an asparagus spear.
Roll bread around the asparagus.
4. Cut each roll in half. If you want to freeze any of them, place on a cookie sheet and freeze individually before placing in a ziplock bag.
5. When ready to serve, lay out on a cookie sheet and spray with PAM cooking spray to coat. Bake in a preheated 400°F oven for 15 minutes.
