Family Size Ground Turkey Meatloaf

NOTE: Read "T" as tablespoon, "t" as teaspoonThe brand used for nutritional calculation is in parenthesis.1 40oz package ground turkey (Jennie-O)2 large eggs1 large onion, diced2 c plain bread crumbs (Progresso)1/2 c ketchup (Heinz)1/4 c BBQ Sauce (KC Masterpiece Hot n' Spicy)1/4 t salt1/2 t pepper
Preheat oven to 375'F
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.
In a 9x13 baking dish, pad out the mixture in a meatloaf shape. The length should be approximately the full 13 inches and about 6-7 inches wide.
Add enough water to put about 1/4 inch in the bottom of the baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil
Bake covered in the oven for approximately 40 minutes or until done.
Let sit for 2-3 minutes before serving. Cut into equal size portions. To get 14 servings, you should be able to cut slices between 1/4 and 1/2 inch wide.
1 serving = 1 slice
NOTE: Heinz has a lower sodium ketchup that can be used. I calculated using regular ketchup because that's what I had on hand.
