Margarita's spanish rice

Ingredients
Rice 1 ccanola oi. 1 tbspBroth chicken [sodium free] 2 cupssalt 1 tsp Garlic 1 1/4 tsp Cumin 1 1/4 tspBlack pepper 1/8 tspgreen bell pepper minced 1 1/2 TbleDiced Canned tomatoes 1/2 cupTomato Sauce 1/4 cup
Directions
Mince green peppers to measure 1.5 tablespoon

Step 1 Brown rice till golden
Step 2 add broth
[ note if the broth has sodium omit1 tsp salt ]
Step 3 add the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil,
cover, than simmer for 20 minutes.
Makes 4 1-cup servings
