Ingredients
Beef chuck- 1 and 3/4 pounds1 yellow onionSaltPepperEnough water to cover beefSeason to tasteCarrots, cooked - 1 bag raw and uncutCelery, cooked, - 1 bunch raw and uncutPeas, frozen, 1 bagYellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 bagDiced Tomatoes, 1 small can
Directions
Combine beef, onion, and seasonsings in your crockpot. Fill with water so that all meat is covered.

Cook for 3-4 hours.

Add rest of ingredients and cook for additional 5-8 hours.

    I added some daikon radish which goes marvelously with the beef. If you boil up some leeks, celery and water before hand you can have a great broth to start this soup. It was so good! - 1/27/12
