Italian Meatloaf, low fat

Ingredients
1 lb Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean1 1/4 lb 96% EXTRA leanGround beef,1/4 c. egg substitute, liquid1/4 C.dry Italian Bread crumbs,1 pkg. Onion Soup mix (dry)1/2 C. Italian-style tomato sauce,1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions
Mix breadcrumbs, egg substitute, onion soup mix and 1/4 c. of the tomato sauce together. Add spices and meats. Mix well. Shape into a loaf and place into a 9 inch pie pan OR a 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Cover and bake at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes. Uncover and baste the top of the meatloaf with remaining tomato sauce. Bake another 20 - 30 minutes or until done in the middle. Makes 8 servings.
