Bite-size Bean & Cheese Quesadillas

3 multi grain Flat Out or tortillas1 cup fat free vegetarian refried beans1/2 tsp ground cumin1/2 tsp chili powder1 cup reduced fat shredded Mexican cheese blend1/2 cup prepared salsa
Arrange flat out/tortilla on a work surface. In a small bowl combine the beans, cumin and chili powder. Spread the bean mixture over the lower half of each tortilla/flat out and top each with 1/3 cup of cheese. Fold the plain half over to form a semi-circle.
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add one of the tortillas/flat outs and cook until lightly browned and heated through, about 3-4 inutes per side. Trasfer to a cutting board and repeat with the remaining tortillas/flat out. Cut each into 4 wedges and serve with salsa.
