Whole Wheat Calzone

Ingredients

1/2 cup part skim ricotta cheese3 oz mozzarella cheese, chopped or grated1 large egg3/4 cup chopped Virginia ham1 lb whole wheat pizza dough1 large scallion, chopped1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp each--garlic powder, black or white pepper, italian seasoning.
Mix all ingredients except the pizza dough.
Cut dough into 4 sections. Roll out 2 sections of the dough and place on that has already been sprayed with PAM.
Place 1/2 the mixture on each section.
Roll out the other two sections of pizza dough and cover. Pinch edges to seal. Pierce the top of each calzone with a fork a few times.
Beat an egg yolk and brush on top.
Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 15 minutes. Take out and turn to brown the other side for another 10 minutes.
Take out and let sit for 5 minutes. Cut each section into 4 pieces.
Serve.
