Whole Wheat cinnamon and raisin banana bread

Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour1/4 cup splenda1/2 cup sugar3 tsp baking powder1/2 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon salt1 tablespoon milled flax 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon1 ounce raisins (two mini boxes), choppeddash apple pie spice1 apple ( or 1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce)3/4 cup skim milk1 1/2 cup mashed banana1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 teaspoon honey
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Peel, core and chop 1 apple. Cook in a saucepan over medium heat until soft and reduced. Puree and set aside.

Combine all dry ingredients into a bowl.
Combine all wet ingredients, into a separate bowl.
Stir together. Pour into a large greased bread pan. Cook for 50-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

    This was very good! I had to sub about 1/4 c regular flour in because I was just a bit short on WW flour, and I sprinkled some extra cinnamon over the top before baking. Mine was done in about 50-55 minutes. It came out very moist and it tastes great! - 6/23/12
