Melissa's Mild Salsa

Ingredients
4 cups chopped fresh tomatoes3 TBSP fresh minced garlic1 TBSP fresh minced jalapeno without seeds1 cup diced fresh onion3 TBSP fresh chopped cilantro1/2 tsp. Simply Organic Chili Powder*1 TBSP Ground Cumin1 tsp Kosher salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and let sit for at least 30 minutes before serving. Note that not all chili powders are the same. Some contain fat and calories. Check your labels! I usually add fresh jalapeno to spice it up, but this salsa still has great flavor without the heat. My family loves to eat this with Tostitos Baked Scoops. They are lower in fat and sodium than regular. Enjoy!
