Ingredients
13 oz Firm Tofu10 oz Frozen Spinach1 T Garlic1 t Salt13 oz Whole Wheat Lasagna Noodles8 C Marinara Sauce1 C Mushrooms or other Vegetable
Directions
Combine Spinach, tofu, garlic, and salt. Layer in the following sequence: sauce, noodles, spinach, veggies, sauce, cheese, noodles, spinach, veggies, sauce, noodles, sauce, and cheese. Cover with tin foil, bake at 325 F for 1 hour. Allow to rest for 15 minutes before serving.
