Rumbamel's Very Easy Stir Fry with Spam Lite and Brown Rice

Ingredients
-2 cans Turkey spam (12 oz each) chopped bite sized-1 1/2 c chopped onions-1 bag, 16 oz, Mann's Broccoli Cole Slaw (has broccoli, carrots and red cabbage)-1-2 cloves minced garlic-1 1/2 T low sodium soy sauce like Kikkoman-1 bag, boil in the bag Success Brown rice made in the microwave with 1 1/4 C fat free chicken broth, supposed to yield 2 C cooked, but usually yields less for me
Directions
--Saute the onions and garlic in a large skillet until somewhat tender and then add the whole bag of slaw. Stir in soy sauce and meat and reduce heat. Cover and cook for about 5-7 minutes until thoroughly heated and veggies are to desired tenderness. You can either stir in the success rice or serve it on the side. I stir it in.
