Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 3 large (remove)Granulated Sugar, 1.5 cup (remove)Winter Squash, 1.5 cup, cubes (remove)Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, 16 tbs (remove)*Kirkland Pure Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp (remove)*Flour, spelt, 2.25 cup (remove)Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp (remove)Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Cloves, ground, .25 tsp (remove)Ginger, ground, .25 tsp (remove)Nutmeg, ground, .25 tsp (remove)
Directions
makes 2 loaf pans
mix well - first 5 ingredients.
Then add mixed dry ingredients to the squash mixture. Beat just enough to blend. Cook at 350F for 40 min. freezes well
