Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients
1-1/2 cups (6 oz) cauliflower florets1 tsp. parsley flakes2 tsps. grated reduced fat parmesan cheese1/4 tsp garlic powder1 tsp extra virgin olive oilsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
In medium bowl, combine cauliflower, cheese, parsley, garlic powder, salt a pepper. Toss to mix. Drizzle on oil and toss again. Transfer the mixture to a small nonstick baking dish.
Bake 15-17 minutes, tossing once, or until lightly browned and crisp-tender. Serve immediately.
