Asparagus Guacamole Donaldo!

Ingredients
4 Tbls Light Sour Cream15 Asparagus Spears (12 oz.)1 Tsp Huy Fong Foods Inc. - Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce1 Medium Tomato Diced1/4 cup of Salsa (medium hotness)Cumin (to taste)
Directions
Steam 15 asparagus spears until very tender. Place about 12 spears (pat dry so excess water is removed, yet maintains moisture) with the sour cream and Hot Chili Sauce In a food processor or MAGIC BULLET. Blend mixture until asparagus is creamy. On the side, mix diced tomato with 1/4 cup of Medium hot Salsa. Chop the remaining asparagus spears into small pieces (about 1/8" thick). Blend together with a spoon or fork, the chunks of asparagus, Salsa mix and Creamed asparagus. Dust lightly with cumin and serve with your favorite Tortilla chips!
