4 cups frozen cauliflower florets, cooked2 T I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Spray1 oz skim milkSaltPepper
Directions
Boil cauliflower in 1/4 c water until tender. Puree in food processor along with the rest of the ingredients. Salt & pepper to taste.
Makes 4 1 cup servings.
