Ingredients
2 medium potatoes2 tbsp olive oil1 tsp oregano1 tsp rosemary1 tsp salt
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.

Use the slicing edge of a cheese grater to slice the potatoes (skin optional) into chips.

Put potato chips into a bowl, and coat with the olive oil.

Sprinkle the rosemary mix onto the potatoes, and mix until all the potatoes are covered.

Put mixed potatoes into a foil bag, and grill for 30-45 minutes or so*. It is a good idea to turn the bag every 5 minutes to make sure none get burned.

You can also put it on a cookie sheet and add a onion - 4/11/11

Very yummy! I couldn't figure out how to slice the potatoes that thin, so I made mine thicker and then pre-cooked them in the microwave a bit. I also added a little garlic to the foil bag. Would definitely make again! - 4/3/08
