Vegetarian parmesan sprinkles

1/2 cup white sesame seeds2 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes2 tsp light or chickpea miso1/4 tsp salt (or less to taste)
Grind sesame seeds to a fine powder in a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Add remaining ingredients and pulse or process until well incorporated. Will look like fine breadcrumbs. Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Shake before use to break up any lumps. Will kepp for up to a month in the fridge, or can be frozen.
