Black Bean Burgers

Ingredients
2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed1/2 cup chopped red onion4 Tbsp. salsa2-3 tsp. cumin1/2 c. bread crumbshot sauce, salt & pepper to tastePlace beans in bowl and mash with fork. Add all other ingredients and form into 6-7 patties. You can freeze for later use, grill, or bake in oven.
Directions
Place patties on cookie sheet in oven @ 350 degrees for approx. 10 min., turning once. You can cook from frozen as well for approx. 15 min., turning once.
