Ingredients
1 cup fresh apple juice1 or 2 bananas1 head romaine (or red leaf) lettuceApple pie spice powder to taste (cinnamon, clove, nutmeg)1 Tbsp. ground flax seed*you can also toss in half an avocado for creaminess
Directions
Blend everything in a high-speed blender.
If to rich or thick, add some water and blend again.
Sprinkle the ground flax seed on top
