Pizza Pasta

Ingredients
2 ripe tomatoes, chopped5 leaves basil2 cloves garlic1/2 t. oregano2 T parsley1/2 c. mozzarella cheese1 c. chopped green peppers1/4 c. canned mushrooms1-1/2 c. dry rigatoni2 t. parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 400.
Boil rigatoni until almost done.
Meanwhile saute tomatoes and garlic until tomatoes start to break down. Add oregano, parsley and basil. Drain pasta when done and add to tomato sauce with green peppers and mushrooms. Place pasta, sauce and veggies in a baking dish. Top with parmesan and mozzarella cheeses. Bake until cheese is golden brown.
