Ingredients
3 (15 oz) Cans Reduced Sodium Black Beans, Rinsed and Drained1 (15 oz) Can Diced Tomatoes with garic and oregano 1 (32 oz) Box Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth2 Cups Copped Carrots1/2 Cup Chopped Onion1 Tbsp Minced Garlic1 Tbsp Oregano2 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Basil or 1 Tbsp Dried Basil2 Tsp Ground Cumin2 Tsp Ground Corriander
Directions
Place all ingredients into crock pot. Cook on low 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
