1 16-oz container of Sour Cream8-12 tbsp Horseradish2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce2 tsp McCormick French Herb Roasting Rub2 tsp Sea Salt2 tsp Black Pepper, Freshly Ground
Blend together all ingredients and place in refrigerator to let the flavors meld ... at least 2 hours, overnight is better ... then serve.
This is very tasty with roast beef or prime rib, but is also tasty as a veggie dip!
